Yes, we do take emergency response seriously! That is why you will see a team of orange, armed up in cold packs, first aid gear and stationed at various posts performing duties (and yes, laughing and have a little fun along the way) that may make you wonder – what does this volunteer work have to do with rescue?

Responding to a search is serious work; and being able to know and trust your teammates is crucial.  Team Building through First Aid and Events is one of the many ways we practice and train together. We participate together to build that trust in each other’s skills so that when we are called to perform – that is exactly what we do.

You may have seen us recently out and about, Canada Day 2018 at the Discovery Center, Generation Next Angler Walleye Tournament, and Softball Manitoba U19 A Girls’ Championship.
