It was a scorching hot day on August 11, 2018 as the BRSARA team prepared for signs of heat exhaustion and dehydration as part of our First Aid commitment to the Manitoba Mudrun in Dauphin, MB. We were all thankful as a cool wind lifted some of the heat, and with plenty of water available for relief the day was positive and uplifting for everyone involved.
