Missing Person Update Shortly after 10:00 am on June 16th family members of 20 year old Vishay PATEL reported him as missing. On morning of 24 May 2023 Manitoba Office of Fire Commissioner / Chief K-9 Instructor Jay Palmer tested SAR Dog Luke and his handler/trainer Leon Flannigan for tracking and person searches.
